We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice, and we do not prepare tax returns, negotiate with the IRS or state tax authorities, or perform any tax resolution services ourselves. Any such services are provided solely by the independent Tax Professional Partner you are matched with, under a separate agreement directly between you and that Tax Professional Partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. No Guarantee of Results or Qualification

Submitting information through our quiz, forms, or case review request does not guarantee that:

You will qualify for any specific tax relief program

Any Tax Professional Partner will agree to represent you

Any particular outcome, settlement amount, or debt reduction will be achieved

Any testimonials, examples, or outcomes referenced on the Site reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for your situation, as outcomes depend on the specific facts of each case.

4. Consent to Contact

5. Relationship Between You and Tax Professional Partners

Once matched, any engagement, fee arrangement, scope of work, or professional relationship is strictly between you and the Tax Professional Partner. GoTaxHelp:

Is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a Tax Professional Partner

Does not supervise, direct, or control the professional services provided by any Tax Professional Partner

Is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, advice, fees charged, or outcomes provided by any Tax Professional Partner

You are encouraged to independently verify the licensing, credentials, and standing of any Tax Professional Partner before engaging their services.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site

Use the Site only for lawful purposes

Not misrepresent your identity or tax situation

Not use the Site to submit information on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent

7. Intellectual Property
